UpStance is a non-medical posture coaching service designed to help you improve the way you stand, move, and carry yourself in daily life. It is a personalized coaching experience based on posture analysis, movement observation, and lifestyle habits, followed by a tailored posture improvement plan adapted to your needs. UpStance is not a generic program and does not use one-size-fits-all routines.
How does the UpStance process work?
UpStance is built as an individualized process. It starts with an initial posture analysis, where I assess your posture, movement patterns, and daily habits. After that, I create a personalized posture improvement program based on your goals, your lifestyle, and your starting point. The process also includes follow-up so we can review your progress, see how the plan is working in real life, and make adjustments when needed.
Is this a generic posture program?
No. UpStance is not a generic posture program. Every client begins with an individual posture analysis, and your recommendations are built specifically for you. Your plan is adapted to your posture, your routine, your work environment, and your goals rather than using the same exercises or advice for everyone.
What is included in the coaching package?
What is included in the coaching package?
The coaching package includes a personalized posture coaching process with WhatsApp messages and a tailored posture improvement plan based on your analysis. The exact structure may include an initial analysis session (for free), a follow-up session to review your personalized plan, and another follow-up to evaluate implementation and progress. The goal is to provide clear guidance and practical steps that you can apply in your everyday life.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. I offer a free introductory consultation to better understand your situation, your goals, and whether UpStance is the right fit for you. This session is designed to provide general guidance and explain the process. It is not a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment session.
Is UpStance medical care?
No. UpStance is not medical care and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. It is a non-medical posture coaching service focused on education, posture habits, movement awareness, and personalized guidance. If you have pain, an injury, neurological symptoms, or any medical concern, you should consult a licensed healthcare professional.
Can UpStance help with pain?
UpStance is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment for pain. The focus is on improving posture habits, body awareness, and movement quality through individualized coaching. Some people may feel better when they improve how they move and carry themselves, but results vary and no outcome can be guaranteed.
No. Results are not guaranteed. Every person is different, and outcomes depend on many factors, including your starting point, consistency, lifestyle, work habits, and how well the plan is implemented. The purpose of UpStance is to provide a personalized and structured approach, but your progress will always be individual.
How long does it take to see changes?
This depends on the person, their starting posture habits, and their consistency. Some people notice changes relatively quickly in body awareness and daily posture habits, while others need more time and repetition. The focus of UpStance is on sustainable improvement through an individualized plan, not quick fixes.
In most cases, no special equipment is required to begin. The recommendations are designed to be practical and adaptable to your daily life. If any simple tools or setup changes could be helpful, I may suggest them based on your situation, but the program is built to be realistic and easy to apply.
Is this program suitable if I work at a desk all day?
Yes. UpStance is especially relevant for people whose daily routine includes long hours sitting, working on screens, or repeating the same positions. Your posture coaching plan can include recommendations related to your desk habits, movement breaks, and practical adjustments based on your work environment and schedule.
Can I do this if I already exercise or go to the gym?
Yes. UpStance can complement an active lifestyle. The coaching is personalized, which means your plan can be adapted to your current training routine, schedule, and goals. The objective is to improve posture habits and movement quality in a way that fits your life rather than interfering with it.
What if I feel discomfort during the program?
If you experience discomfort, pain, or worsening symptoms, you should stop the activity and seek advice from a licensed healthcare professional. UpStance is a non-medical coaching service, and participation is voluntary. The coaching is designed to be practical and personalized, but it is important to listen to your body and prioritize your safety.
Do you work with clients in the United States?
Yes. UpStance is a France-based service and I work with clients internationally, including in the United States, through online consultations. Clients are purchasing a non-medical coaching service from a foreign provider, not U.S. medical care.
In which languages can consultations be done?
Consultations are available in English, Spanish, and French. You can choose the language you are most comfortable with for your calls and communication.
How much does UpStance cost?
The first posture consultation is free. To get started, you simply send your posture photos and short videos through WhatsApp Business, and I will send you a free voice-note analysis explaining what I observe and what I would prioritize. If you decide to continue, the personalized correction package is $185 USD. After purchase, I create a fully individualized posture correction plan based on your initial analysis and your goals. You receive a clear PDF plan with tailored exercises and practical guidance, and you get one month of follow-up support directly on WhatsApp.
Do you accept insurance, HSA, or FSA?
No. UpStance is a non-medical coaching service and is not billed as medical care. I do not bill insurance and I do not provide diagnosis codes, CPT codes, or superbills. I do not represent or guarantee HSA/FSA eligibility. If you have questions about your plan, you should contact your plan administrator, insurer, or tax advisor.
No. Once the paid service is purchased, refunds are not available. This is because UpStance is a personalized service, not a generic program. As soon as you subscribe, I begin working on your individualized posture correction plan. For these reasons, and because the work begins immediately after purchase, the service is non-refundable once contracted. Please review the Terms of Service before purchasing.
How do I know if UpStance is right for me?
UpStance is a good fit if you are looking for a personalized, structured, and non-medical approach to improving your posture habits and movement quality in daily life. The free introductory consultation is the best way to determine whether the service matches your needs.
